Trintta was born from the passion of three generations of women for cooking, a legacy started by Matriarch Maria Luísa, followed by her daughter Isabel and professionally realized by her granddaughter, Ana Caseiro.
With training in Restaurants and Catering and 12+ years of experience working alongside big names in Portuguese gastronomy, Ana Caseiro brings this project to life, where tradition and innovation meet.
The name reflects this essence: the three "T"s represent Tradition, Technique and Touch, pillars that define the gastronomic experience at trintta . Inspired by the farm-to-table and farm-to-fork concepts, it prioritizes local and seasonal products, honoring the authenticity of Portuguese cuisine with a contemporary touch.
Located in Batalha, trintta offers a welcoming and sophisticated environment, designed to provide memorable experiences.
